Summer @ Impact 2024 continues and we are growing in the Word to conquer fear. At the core of the series this year we ask Is anxiety/fear healthy? One can certainly argue that when you are in danger the emotional surge we generally call fear can be an important factor in saving our lives – fight or flight. However, fear as a core component of our self-image, self-concept, and worldview is extremely dangerous and antithetical to the spirit of the Gospel and all that Christ lived, died, and resurrected for. God wants us to be fearless, not fearful.
